Terms of Service
Mid America Glass & Glazing
1. Custom Order Accuracy
By using our web configurator, you acknowledge that you are responsible for the accuracy of all measurements, quantities, and specifications provided. Because Mid America Glass & Glazing utilizes Smart Glazier Software to automate the manufacturing data, orders are produced exactly as entered. We are not responsible for glass that does not fit or is incorrectly specified due to customer-provided data.
2. Quoting and Payment Workflow

Sundries: Payment for vinyl glazing beads and other stock hardware is due at checkout on the website.

Estimates: The pricing shown in the configurator is a preliminary estimate.

Final Quote: This information feeds into our Smart Glazier/Smart Toolbox software where a final quote including verified shipping and taxes will be generated and sent to you.

Payment: Final payment must be made via Stripe online before the order is released for production.
3. No Returns on Custom Products
All custom-cut glass and insulated glass units (IGUs) are manufactured to order. Once an order has been moved into production, it is not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation. Stock sundries follow our standard 30-day return policy as outlined in our Refund Policy.
4. Shipping and Inspection (USA Only)

Coverage: We ship exclusively within the United States.

Damage Reporting: All glass shipments must be inspected immediately upon delivery. Any breakage or defects must be reported to sales@midamericaglasssupply.com within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement claim.

Disposal: The buyer is responsible for the safe disposal of any glass broken during transit. Mid America Glass & Glazing will not pick up broken merchandise and will not reimburse disposal fees.
5. Limitation of Liability
Mid America Glass & Glazing's liability is limited strictly to the replacement of the product or a refund of the purchase price. We are not liable for secondary costs, such as contractor fees or installation delays, resulting from shipping delays, manufacturing lead times, or transit damage.
