Return and Refund Policy

Custom Glass Units: All insulated glass units (IGUs) are custom-manufactured to the specific dimensions and specifications provided through our configurator. Because these items are custom-made, custom-cut glass and insulated glass units are NOT eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once they have entered production.

Sundries and Hardware: For vinyl glazing beads and other stock sundries, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition that you received them, unused, and in their original packaging. You will be responsible for paying the return costs unless you received a damaged or wrong item.

Damages and Issues: If a product arrives damaged, you are NOT responsible. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at sales@midamericaglasssupply.com if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For glass units, damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Decline Delivery Policy: If you decline delivery for any reason and the item is returned to us, we will charge the full amount for the return shipping. We incur significant costs associated with the shipping and handling of glass items that cannot be absorbed if delivery is refused.
