Shipping Policy

Coverage: We ship custom glass units and sundries exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Carrier and Estimates: Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. Delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. Unforeseen circumstances, including weather or carrier delays, may impact the actual delivery date.

Packaging and Broken Items: All glass is packaged with specialized foam in heavy-duty boxes. In the event of transit damage, the buyer is responsible for the safe disposal of broken glass items. Mid America Glass & Glazing will not pick up broken merchandise and will not reimburse disposal fees.

Lead Times:

• Sundries: Ship within 1–3 business days.

• Custom Glass: Requires a manufacturing lead time of 2–4 weeks before being handed over to the carrier.
