Mid America Glass & Glazing Supply (“Mid America Glass & Glazing Supply,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates an online store selling custom-made replacement insulated glass units (IGUs) and single glass panes, cut and fabricated to customer-specified dimensions and shipped nationwide within the United States. We are based in Oklahoma, USA.

2. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
- Contact and quote form. When you submit our contact or quote request form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and the project details you provide (free text).
- Account and order information. When you create an account or place an order on our site, we collect information such as your name, shipping address, billing address, email, phone number, and details about your order (glass dimensions, specifications, and order history).
- Payment information. When you check out, payment is processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not collect, see, or store your full card number, expiration date, or CVV. Stripe handles this information under its own privacy and security practices.
- Marketing sign-up information. If you choose to join our email list (for example, to receive coupons or discounts), we collect your email address and, where provided, your name.
- Analytics information. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site. This may include your IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, and general location, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Fulfill and ship your orders, including custom fabrication based on the dimensions you provide;
- Respond to quote requests and contact-form inquiries;
- Create and manage your account and maintain your order history;
- Process payments through Stripe;
- Operate, maintain, and improve our website and store;
- Analyze site traffic and usage through GA4 to understand how visitors interact with our site and to improve our products and content;
- Send transactional emails related to your order or inquiry (see Section 5);
- Send marketing emails to customers who have opted in (see Section 5);
- Comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) solely to understand how visitors use our site; GA4’s advertising features, including Google Signals and ads personalization, are disabled for this property, and no Google Ads account is linked to this GA4 property. As configured, analytics data collected through GA4 is not used to measure or target advertising, and we do not otherwise operate any advertising or marketing program that uses visitor data for these purposes.
4. Payment Processing
All payment card information is entered directly into Stripe’s secure checkout and is processed and stored by Stripe, not by us. We never see or store your full card number. For more information, see Stripe’s own privacy policy.
5. Two Types of Email: Transactional and Marketing
We send two separate types of email, and they are handled separately:
- Transactional email. This includes order confirmations, shipping updates, quotes, and replies to your contact-form inquiries. These emails are sent to fulfill your order or respond to your question and are not a marketing subscription. Contacting us through our form does not automatically sign you up for marketing emails.
- Marketing email. If you choose to sign up for our email list — for example, to receive coupons or discounts — you are giving us your consent to send marketing emails. Every marketing email we send includes a link to unsubscribe at any time. You can also ask us to remove you by emailing sales@midamericaglasssupply.com.
6. Cookies and Analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including:
- Essential cookies, needed for the site and checkout to function properly (for example, keeping items in your cart or keeping you logged into your account);
- Analytics cookies, used through Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track site usage, funnel and event data, and help us understand how customers interact with our store. GA4’s advertising features are disabled for this property, and these cookies are not used for advertising measurement.

7. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary and proportionate to the purposes for which it was collected, consistent with the categories below.
Account and contact information. Name, email address, phone number, and shipping and billing address are retained for five years after your last purchase, inquiry, or other commercial contact with us, after which they are deleted or de-identified. Any further purchase, inquiry, or commercial contact with us restarts this five-year period.
Order, payment, and tax records. Records of orders, payments, and related tax documentation are retained for five years after your last purchase, or longer where required to comply with accounting, tax, or other legal record-keeping obligations. These records may be retained even after a deletion request, to the extent necessary to satisfy those legal and accounting obligations.
Website analytics data. Data collected through Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is retained according to the data retention settings configured within GA4 for this property, as administered by Google.
Where applicable law grants you the right to request deletion of your personal information, we honor that request for the categories of information covered by that law, subject to the legal and accounting exceptions described above.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our site and products are intended for general commercial and residential customers and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16, where applicable law requires). If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
9. Your Choices and How to Request Deletion
You may:
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any marketing email;
- Request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your personal information by emailing sales@midamericaglasssupply.com.
Please note that we may need to retain certain order, payment, and tax-related records even after a deletion request, in order to comply with legal and accounting obligations.
10. Service Providers We Use
We work with the following third parties, who process information on our behalf to help us run our business. We do not sell your information to them.
- Web host — hosts our website and sends transactional email;
- Cloudflare — provides content delivery and security services for our site;
- Stripe — processes payments;
- Google (GA4) — provides website analytics;

Each provider has access only to the information needed to perform its function for us.
